Within the project TUNE – Transnational United Network in Europe, whose coordinator is the United Societies of Balkans (USB) from Greece, and which was also presented in the form of interactive workshops throughout Serbia, the final conference has been held. This meeting, which, apart from the presentation of the results, will also serve to further networking of the partners in the project, will be held from December 6 to 9 in Thessaloniki, and Development Center for Youth will be represented by Veljko Avramović, program assistant.

“The primary objective of the project was to implement a series of activities of different format, designed to promote and support the European Youth Strategy and its objectives, while encouraging greater involvement and participation of young people in the projects. The primary schools “Miloje Zakić” (Kuršumlija) and “Knjeginja Milica” (Belgrade), as well as the gymnasium in Aleksinac, helped us in Serbia along that way. Young people showed great interest, and what they were most interested in was the topic of participation in European projects – how to join, how to travel, how to participate and how to learn in an informal way. Also, it is a great honor for me to be able to present all the future ideas of the Development Center for Youth, as well as the concrete plans for the next year as part of the final meeting of the project”, stated Veljko Avramović during the gathering.

The project is implemented within the Erasmus+ program of the European Union and brings together organizations from Serbia, Greece, France, Italy, Poland, Northern Ireland, Northern Macedonia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Spain, Cyprus, Portugal, Turkey, Romania and Albania.
