With UEFA in the 2025

Uefa (1)

The UEFA Foundation for Children, dedicated to ensuring that every child is a champion, will continue in 2025 to support the organization committed to promoting the concept of sport as a tool for creating life champions, and then sports champions.

In collaboration with the DEKI5 camp, this summer we will once again enrich all activities with educational content aimed at fostering socialization, connection, and learning through sport, with the goal of ensuring that every child finds joy and fulfillment in sports.

In 2025, special attention will be given to children without parental care, aiming to provide them with opportunities for inclusion, empowerment, and the creation of happy memories through sports. Activities, ranging from informational days to large summer camps, will be designed to encourage their connection with peers, the development of social skills, and a sense of belonging to the community. Visits to children’s homes will be of particular importance, where interaction, games, and donations will provide support to those in need the most. Donations will include sports equipment, educational materials, and other necessities to enhance the daily lives of these children and give them a chance for a happier childhood. Through all activities, children will receive support from professional staff and guardians, building their confidence and recognizing sports as a tool for personal growth and development in an environment of acceptance and community.

We will also continue educating professionals working with younger age groups and implementing activities focused on involving parents, guardians, and coaches, as we believe that the child-guardian-coach triangle represents a key link in achieving the well-being of children in sports.
