Together about further steps on the EMBRACE project

After successfully realized activities for young people in France and Greece, in Lima (Peru) on September 14-15 meeting of the representatives of partner organizations on the project “Environmental Mobility By Raising Awareness on Changing our Earth – EMBRACE”, whose coordinator is the USB from Greece, took place.

Goal of the meeting was to discuss further activities on the project, starting from ecological workshops for young people organized by youth exchange participants to the creation of accompanying promotional materials with project messages – brochures, leaflets, video material, animations and everything that could be interesting to young people.

Development Center for Youth was represented by its program director Aleksandra Knežević, who during the visit expressed her satisfaction with the impact of previous project activities on the enthusiasm and motivation of young participants, as well as the special importance of the project for getting to know other peoples and cultures.

Boban Mandić was also part of the Serbian delegation, ensuring spreading of the green ideas among young people in Republika Srpska, which we consider an added value of the composition of delegation that traveled to the team meeting.

Project is implemented within the Erasmus+ program of the European Union and brings together organizations from Serbia, Greece, India, Vietnam, Peru, France and Italy, with a focus on raising the ecological awareness of young people about the importance of environmental protection and sustainability of the planet Earth.
