After surveying the attitudes and needs of young people on the issue of participation, democracy and inclusion of young people in everyday life, the next activity within the TUNE Network’s annual work plan has started – the formation of the Youth Committee.

The Youth Committee will consist of one representative from each TUNE Network member organization, and its role is to collect feedback and contributions from young people on the challenges they face in their communities, and to present them during the Network’s General Assembly. Based on these proposals, the Coordination Board and the General Assembly will make proposals for specific activities and initiatives in the further work of the Network.

The TUNE Network’s General Assembly will be held on 24-27 November in Thessaloniki, and the representative of Development Center for Youth, both in the Youth Committee and at the General Assembly meeting, will be Mina Trikoš.

Mina Trikoš is 23 years old and comes from Raška. She is completing her master’s studies at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education, University of Belgrade.

She is a professional athlete, a member of the Serbian national karate team and a black belt holder, with numerous appearances and achieved results in domestic and international competitions. In addition to her professional sports career, she transfers her knowledge and experience through coaching in a karate club, as well as through work with recreational players.

She is also socially engaged and has been involved in various educational activities of Development Center for Youth for over 3 years, with exceptional experience in the fields of media and marketing.
