We are announcing the project “Extraordinary work in extraordinary situation”

We are proud to announce new activity – project “Extraordinary work in extraordinary situation”, supported by the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe. During the same, in the period from October 2020 to January 2021, Development Center for Youth will help in strengthening youth associations and associations for youth all over Serbia to work in unforeseen circumstances, in order to adapt their operation and activities to each situation, and continue to work smoothly with compliance with all prescribed measures.

Provoked by the circumstances caused by COVID-19 pandemic, we want to contribute to sustainability and stability in the work of youth sector, helping organizations to adjust the way they act and approach their target groups. In this regard, project will have several phases, the first of which is the initial training for associations and their members on organizational management in extraordinary situations through necessary programmatic and logistic adaptations.

Participants will then continue to conduct field activities adapted to acting in unforeseen circumstances, at the same time participating in preparation of the tutorial “Truths and Desilusions about the work of CSOs in extraordinary situations”, all accompanied by an intensive media campaign to provide additional public support for civil society activities during these specific circumstances.
